Dr. Kim is a California Licensed Acupuncturist practicing in Santa Monica and is certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He received his Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles from Samra University, California’s oldest University for Chinese Medicine, graduating with honors and special recognition from the University president.
Dr. Kim also researched and practiced at the Samra Clinic with an advanced internship specializing in Sasang Constitutional Medicine for skin disorder and women’s health and infertility. Dr. Kim received his doctoral degree from Yuin University, where he focused on researching different approaches to skin disorders and digestive disorders in association with the four Sasang Constitutions.
His enthusiasm for many aspects of Eastern Medicine and Philosophy has led him to exploring the interrelations between Classical Eastern Medicine, Sasang Constitutional Medicine and the ancient healing art of Medical Qi-Gong.
Dr. Kim is one of Korea’s first certified Medical Qi-Gong practitioners, and over the past ten years has dedicate himself through Qi-Gong to bringing more peace and health to this world and currently giving the customized qigong exercise and meditation to the patients according to their different conditions.
Dr. Kim specializes in treating acute and chronic pain, skin disorders, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, infertility, the rehabilitation of stroke patients and weight control and anti-aging.
Jeonhee is a California State Licensed Acupuncturist practicing in San Francisco and a faculty member at the University of East West Medicine in Santa Clara, with more than 20 years of exposure to both eastern and western medicine. She received her Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College from Berkeley and a Master of Education (Ed.M) from Boston University, majoring in Health Education. Her B.A. is from Ewha Woman’s University in Seoul, Korea, where she also majored in Health Education. She is a Member of American Public Health Association (APHA) and the American Heart/American Stroke Association. An avid reader, dog lover, yoga and fitness devotee, Jeonhee loves spending quality time with her family and studying interior design.
Taehoon Kim is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioner in New York. He received Masters of Oriental Medicine from the New York College of Health Professions graduating at the top of his class. Before undertaking the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine, he completed his undergraduate studies magna cum laude at the New York University double majoring in Psychology and East Asian Studies. He graduated from the Bronx High School of Science receiving the New York City Specialized Science High School Diploma. He enjoys treating all manner of diseases, and has a special interest in chronic degenerative conditions, autoimmune conditions, pain management, weight loss, facial rejuvenation, digestive disorders, and gynecological conditions. He is thrilled to bring the rich traditions of Traditional Chinese Medicine to his community and values every opportunity he has to help patients overcome their suffering.
