Yesterday I posted the article about the relation between coffee consumption and miscarriage rate(a guy even called it toxic) and this morning I was thinking, ‘what do I like to have a bottle of water or a cup of coffee’ – I really like to have a cup of coffee in the morning- and alas! I got a cup of coffee and drinking and browsing today’s news in my desk.

This is what caught my attention from CNN Health, So interesting and kinda funny too.

Drinking more than four cups of coffee may lower the risk of some head and neck cancers, according to a new study.
Researchers found that regular coffee drinkers – those who drank more than four cups of coffee a day – had a 39 percent decreased risk of two types of head and neck cancer: oral cavity and pharynx cancers. Coffee did not decrease the risk of a third type of oral cancer – laryngeal cancer. They looked at nine existing studies and analyzed how much coffee was consumed by more than 5,000 cancer patients and about 9,000 healthy people.”

A couple of things came to my mind: who sponsored this study? And so this will make more people to run to the coffee shops, more than once? Personally coffee is not a medicine, but something you should choose to enjoy and whenever any pleasure goes beyond the moderation, and couldn’t be stopped easily, which is addiction. My point today is the moderation, You know what is too much and when to stop.
